We are looking for an operations specialist to fix our internal operations systems for our digital marketing agency. Right now our systems are slow, have huge bottlenecks and relay way to heavily on the founders of the agency. We need to fix this.
Requirements
- Rebuild our operations system on Asana to reduce bottlenecks and the need for the CEO to be involved in day-to-day operations
- Automating as much of the operations as possible
- Build SOPs for the team to implement
- Identify what KPIs to track to monitor business growth
- Train the team on the new operations system
- Ensure the team implement the new operations system built on Asana
- Monitor the usage of the new operations system and fix any bottlenecks or fires the team identify
Must haves:
- MUST have experience building operation systems for other marketing agencies (please don't apply if you haven't got this experience)
- Fluent in English
About the role
- Remote
- £1000-£1500 per month salary depending on experience
- Initial 3 month probation
