NG Launchpad is an innovation lab building the next generation of digital financial services.

Backed by a large insurance company, we have a wide-ranging remit to build, launch and scale digital insurance products and platforms that consumers demand. Our small team is looking to rapidly disrupt big markets.

About the job

You will be participating in the development and analysis of our digital marketing campaigns, including campaign set up, data collection and analysis, following through to next iteration.
You will be researching the worldwide InsurTech marketplace, gathering industry data and conducting competitor analysis, using the research to produce industry-leading insights.
You will work on internal and external reports to present the marketing and industry insights.
You will work alongside our founders, learning the ins and outs of building a lean startup.
You will have an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business and work closely with all members of the team, ranging from Marketing, Analytics and Data Science to UI, UX and Content Design.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual ready to dive into the deep end and keep up with a fast-paced working environment.
A commercially minded candidate, who is passionate about the inner workings of businesses and startups in particular.
A candidate who is ready to take initiative, manage their own workload and be accountable for the work they deliver to a deadline.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
An individual with an insatiable appetite to learn, hustle and have fun on the job.

The internship is a full-time role of a fixed term (exact duration and start date are flexible) with a possibility to join full-time. Our office is located in Central London. This is an exciting time to join an energetic, evolving company making big moves in an ancient industry.
