✍️ The role

Claimer is looking for an Account Manager who is responsible for customer adoption and retention.

We need an experienced salesperson who has a consultative sales approach and a successful track record of onboarding clients with polished presentation skills.

You will be providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.

You'll be reporting to Greg, Claimer's Business Development Manager.

👩‍💻 In the first 6 months you will

- Learn a lot about R&D tax credits from our team! We'll teach you all the technical things you need to know to be able to tackle the other items in this list.

- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and current customers.

- Attend local networking events.

- Station at multiple co-working spaces.

- Exceed quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities.

- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.

- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles.

- Track all opportunity and customer details including next steps, and forecasting in our CRM (HubSpot).

- Work closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts.

📅 Process

We use screener questions rather than CVs in our initial stages - we realise this is a bit more work for you but we do this to reduce the potential for bias in our hiring, so we think it's worthwhile. They will be blind marked by two team members, and used to determine who is invited to a the. CVs will be used to prompt discussion in final interviews.
