As a trusted counterpart, you will work alongside Tribe Dynamics’ General Manager and assist the company’s expansion into international markets. In this role, you will assist with everything from scheduling and expense reporting, to managing sales systems and processes, crafting presentations, and supporting overall business growth initiatives. You would be joining our first satellite office in London and work alongside a small team of three.

We are looking for a quick learner who is sharp, reliable, and confident in making decisions. You should be proactive team player, comfortable working cross-functionally and creatively to ensure seamless execution or operations and sales.   • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5+ years of work experience

  • Enthusiastic about solidifying Tribe Dynamics’ reputation within Beauty and Luxury

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Highly organized and efficiency-minded; always on the lookout for new ways/tools to save time and improve processes

  • Prior experience in an analytical field; knowledge of business modeling a plus

  • Administrative experience, including handling complex schedules and time-sensitive projects

  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Ppt, etc)

  • Self-motivated with a high EQ and high level of professionalism

  • Fluency in French; other European languages a plus

Salary range £45,000 — 55,000
