Looking to disrupt?

We won’t stand in your way.

In fact, we’ll open doors for you – starting with ours.

Who we are

Join our small team as a Business Analyst here at NG Launchpad. We’re an innovation lab building the next generation of digital financial services. A company where the thinking (and the fun, and the tea) never stops.

We’ve got the backing of a major insurer. We’re passionate and productive. We have the talent and the hunger to rapidly disrupt big markets. And above all, we keep the needs and wants of real people top of mind. Because we know digital experiences can and should be better.

Where we are

Come on board while the world’s opening up, and like the rest of the team, you’ll have the option to work from home or from our London office, where you’ll have a desk in a building just beside the city’s iconic OXO Tower.

What you’ll do

To start, you’ll use analytical thinking to help shape the direction of our marketing campaigns. This means you’ll have a hand in just about everything: from setting up campaigns at one end to making sense of the data at the other. Moving forward you’ll use your drive and problem solving skills across a variety of projects at different stages in their lifecycle to help us plan and execute on product and marketing strategy. You’ll also have the broader chance to dig into the world of InsurTech, a rapidly growing start-up ecosystem.

Prepare to work alongside our founders and see how a lean start-up is built. Get excited about the opportunity to be involved with every digital discipline – from analytics and marketing to data science, UI, UX and content design. And look forward to regular socials … because we’re good at that side of things, too.

What you’ll need

Top of the list should be initiative, self-motivation and analytical problem solving. You’ll need to be comfortable working alone (though you’re only ever a Slack message away from the team) and with others. A commercial and analytical mindset is key, as is the ability to keep pace in a fast-moving start-up. Crucially, you’ll want to learn as much as possible as thoroughly as you can.

Where to apply

Your shot at this Business Analyst position starts with your CV and a killer cover letter. Tell us why you want to help bring new ideas to an ancient industry. If we like what we read, you could start with us right away.

P.S. bonus points for seamlessly including the word ‘porridge’ in your cover letter.
