Salary: £19,000 (Quick progression as tiny startup)

Mission for Role

To work alongside our head of sales, Kieran and founder Max, to find new individuals and businesses that need outside support in social media marketing and sell them in to the right support offered by our team primarily through Linkedin sales outreach

This would include our Instagram engagement pods, other Instagram related services like content & reporting, Facebook and Instagram Paid Ads management, our Youtube growth plugin, Linkedin sales support and other services.

You’ll be joining a small but hard-working team - you will be reporting into Max Sinclair (Founder) and Kieran Gregory (Head of Sales) and working closely with the insta and youtube team of Kirstin and Chris and Facebook paid ads lead Vukasin.

We’re a young but fast-growing business having gone from 0 - 250 clients and 0 to 3m network in a year. We do things in a unique way - there’s no office, the first 40 minutes of your working day is a session of Audible listening to a book to develop your knowledge base and meditation to develop your capacity for mindfulness. While we have a huge mixture of clients from bars in London, to furniture designers or fitness influencers, our largest niche is focused on travel and natural world and veganism - so If you enjoy a bit of deer hunting on the weekends or think “meditation is for pussies”, then this position isn’t for you.

Overall you will grow faster as a person in all dimensions with The Nature Boys in comparison to 99% of any other jobs you’ve looked at today! And that’s a promise!! Growth is our number one focus for both the company and the people within it.

What you will be doing

  • Managing sales flow across multiple Linkedin profiles automated for outreach and bringing leads down the funnel all the way to sale.

  • Handling inbound sales opportunities in the same way.

  • Developing new opportunities to expand the business into whole new spaces!

  • You are naturally competitive against yourself always striving to grow and outdo your previous performance.

  • Maintain a positive mindset and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • Have a long term vantage point thinking what’s the optimal approach to each message, email or follow up for the business in the long term instead of to achieve a short term result.

  • You have a curious and analytical mind to what does and doesn’t work and how to improve.

Essential hard skills and experience required

  • A basic understanding of social media, especially Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets.

  • High standard of written and spoken English.

  • Cultural understanding of the UK marketplace.

Bonus points

  • Experience with social media or any other sales.

  • Experience of CRM systems like

  • Experience of using Slack.

  • Worked with startups before.

  • Experience of Instagram marketing.
