Breadwinner is a dynamic global SaaS company that integrates Salesforce with financial software. We are leaders in this field and move at an exciting pace. Our growing team is dotted all across the globe and we are looking for a full-time tech-savvy Business Manager to join us.
In this role, you will be working with the management team in our central London office a few days a week and you will also be working remotely, therefore access to reliable high-speed internet is a must.
Your responsibilities include assisting with HR, customer success, marketing, and administrative tasks and you will occasionally help the sales team. You will also be responsible for the day to day running of the office and supporting the directors with their travel needs.
You will be working independently as well as with the team, therefore, we are looking for someone who is highly proactive, a self-starter, and a problem-solver. The role also requires someone who can wear different hats whilst keeping up with the pace of a tech company. As a software company, having the ability to learn technical skills is imperative.
As the Business Manager, your duties include assisting in the following departments:
Human Resources - assist directors with relevant new staff paperwork, keeping staff files updated, provide other HR support as and when required.
Administrative - organising staff travel & accommodation for events, managing office bills and payments, ordering office supplies, supporting the directors with day to day admin tasks.
Customer Success/Events - booking lunch for partner demos, ordering and organising promotional material and supporting the directors with marketing events, assist with managing a database of partners including updating details and sourcing potential new partners to work with the company.
Sales - contact customers regarding renewals and expired credit cards.
To be considered for the role, you’ll need the following key skills and qualifications:
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of standard software packages, and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
1-2 years minimum in a professional office environment in a similar administrative function.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
The ability to work independently and under pressure
