We’re looking for a creative, energetic and thoughtful Business Operations (BizOps) Associate who gets a real buzz from executing on strategic initiatives and setting and achieving performance-based goals. You’ll be a core member of the Traktion team, working alongside our CEO and COO across business development and operations.
In a given week, you might be working on...
— Analyzing the positioning and messaging for Traktion’s core offering
— Prospecting, reaching out to and onboarding digital marketers
— Dig into potential product functions to guide future growth
— Assisting with the sales pipeline to increase the number of qualified sales leads
— Sitting in on sales meetings in order to identify what the team needs to maximize sales
— Analyzing the results of our activities and suggesting operational strategies to drive revenue and sales

Compensation: £22k-£28k depending on experience, with potential equity component. Based near Moorgate.
