The Role

I am looking to create a long-term project partnership with a talented marketing individual who gets a buzz from competing with their best self and beating the odds to continually bring home the win.

In this role, you’ll never be short of a challenge. Along with building the campaign from the ground up, you’ll be responsible for managing our ad campaigns to ensure return on spend, and that we’re using the very latest methods available to maximise sales.

You’ll work on a variety of projects and support the Managing Director maximise exposure, whether that be through creating compelling content; video, blogs or status updates, or by securing speaking engagements and partnerships to boost awareness.

The ideal person will have good business acumen and enjoy the opportunity to make sales through technology. You’ll enjoy working independently, managing your own time and results, and professional development.

Your curiosity to understand what makes a person ‘presses the button’ and buys, will drive your own desire to learn and stay at the forefront of the market and new technological advances. You have strong project management skills and are excited to partner with the business to create a win for both of us.

This role will suit someone who is a stay at home parent, working with a disability or has a laptop lifestyle. You’ll receive basic pay for project set-up plus a generous commission on sales.

Who are we?

TheProfile.Company began in 2015 in response to the growing request for our CEO Naomi Johnson to write LinkedIn profiles on behalf of solo-entrepreneurs, sales teams executives and small businesses.

Over the years I have evolved from just writing LinkedIn profiles to working with individuals to position themselves as the ‘go to’ expert within their industry using LinkedIn. I do this through a combination of online training, one to one coaching and a small level of practical support.

Today, my work with clients focuses heavily on blending sales and marketing, and assisting clients to build their business though relationship, starting with excellent personal branding and positioning, transformational packages and a sales process that prospects can’t say no to.

With many resources and products now in place, the next step is for us to ramp up sales and online presence through the use of campaigns and the use of social media adverts.

Payment schedule:

Paid for campaign set-up costs

Hourly rate for tweaking and changing campaigns

Commission of 20% on target earnings
