Founded by successful veterans of the Valley, this company is already expanding globally (now into the UK), and counts brands such as Unilever, Adidas and L’Oréal as clients.

This product is a new take on traditional branding, and is exclusively focused on social media/user generated content. There is a lot of noise on social media, but also a lot of high quality user generated content for brands to leverage.  

Customers expect more from brands, they crave authenticity, not just generic messaging, using this product suite brands can identify great content, and strike up relationships with ordinary people as well as influencers and content creators, to deliver a more authentic message to customers.

The platform also has data rich insights, which allow people to make the best decisions on what content will drive engagement and brand performance.

Where do you come in?

The client list is growing, and that means major brands waiting to integrate with the platform.

Companies across the world want to leverage the user generated content, typically on their websites, and other platforms.

Successful onboarding is vital for customer satisfaction, and requires a mix of frontend development knowhow, an eye for design, and ability to manage client interactions.

Your role will be to liaise with clients, understand technical needs and constraints, as well as their content ambitions, and then use your front-end wizardy to make it reality.

You’ll get to see your handiwork deployed on major websites, and utilised to support some of the biggest brands in the world.

About the role

  • Take ownership of client onboarding, understand needs, and product on the client side
  • Ensure visual content from our platform is deployed stylishly on client websites
  • Quickly identify customer needs, technical constraints, and get creative in finding solutions to problems 
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical teams, marketing teams, and internal customer success teams) to get the job done
  • Ability to improve processes, and create slicker tools, and smoother deployment to make everyone's life easier

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience in front-end development, or equivalent technical implementation role
  • 1 to 2 years of client-facing experience required with track record of successfully delivering working products (e.g. software, websites, integrations)
  • You are a problem solver, with a bias for action and experimentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; you can speak with both a developer and business-oriented audience
  • Excellent experience and understanding of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JS, XML, SQL, as well as your own list of 'go to' tools and frameworks
  • Familiarity with source control (Git)
  • Customer focused mentality; you have an inherent need to help people, a positive attitude and collaborative nature
  • [Ideal] Interest in the power of imagery to influence behaviour, user generated content, as well as innovative use of social media, or failing that… you at least enjoy the odd meme or two.
