Looking for a Co-Founder/Partner/Investor to help scale a growing digital agency headquartered in London. The model is becoming more integrated , having started out as predominantly a reactive creative/production studio- the intent is now to provide Strategy, Creative and Social Outreach ( owned, earned and paid media/programmatic) with a value led commercial services model to a range of international companies ( FTSE 250 and S&P 500) and funded start-ups- we have a healthy mix of existing early stage very credible paying clients that form a foundation for growth as well as growing business within them.
There is already a small core team and a team of, tried and tested ,awesome freelancers in place that have successfully enabled the agency to grow, who we will continue to work with and are crucial to our plans moving forward. We have also set up a small operation in Manila ( Philippines ) as well as Costa Rica so we can provide an 'always on' service to clients.
A scaleable business model is quickly taking shape and with the right co-founders , am confident the next phase of business can very quickly grow to 100/150K per month billable, to get us to 'stable state', before addressing next level growth/funding opportunities .
We are also developing a creator led growth and outreach platform to scale the business for brands that are looking to execute global social marketing campaigns at scale and speed, leveraging analytics, creators, producers and influencers, automation and AI. We are looking to raise funding for this via grants and private investment once an MVP is in place, (existing clients which will be working with to define MVP)
Ideally looking for someone , who has been gaining experience working in a growing agency, consultancy or SaaS platform, as a successful 'solopreneur' or an investor with an eye for growth. Main criteria is to be able to recognise the benefits of partnering rather than going it alone.
You will be successful in your own right in the areas of strategy ( analytics, performance marketing, attribution modelling , customer journey mapping, planning) ,or as a creator ( design/dev/videography), or as an influencer/performance marketer ( social CRM/Marketing Automation/Inbound/Paid Media/Programmatic). You will already be billing clients but believe that by partnering, further growth can be realised and can be responsible for building an international model ( already supported by working with freelancers internationally . Perhaps you may be working with clients you are confident you can continue working with , given the right environment to grow and have more autonomy over.
-Minimum three years’ experience of working within an agency/consulting/social environment
-In-depth understanding of the digital landscape ( marketing, creative, media)
-Proactive, adept and articulate when communicating your insight and know-how with clients, the media, investors and across social media – A desire and drive to build on your current skill sets through an effective partnership to build an international agency model.
-Lateral thinker- be able to connect the dots and spot the opportunities
-Must have a list of clients or a network you can leverage

***Paid media /programmatic experience would be a big big plus ( but not prerequisite)***
