We’re unrd and we tell immersive stories that utilise the full potential of your smartphone – all in real-time. Our mission is to create the world's leading mobile-first entertainment brand.After launching our first product Last Seen Online (www.unrd.co/lastseenonline), we’re now in the process of launching a platform for immersive fiction.
As a result, we need someone to help us make sure every customer has an amazing experience with unrd. You’ll be managing customer comments, running our social channels, and doing outreach to the online communities our customers hang out in.
Who we’re looking for...
We’re looking for a social community manager who knows what’s going on with the social channels, they’re users of Instagram, Facebook and know the best ways to engage people on SnapChat - be that with a dog filter or by creating a story through a series of snaps. You’ll be attuned with what content a female audience will fall in love with on these channels.
You’ll also be able to put a smile on customers faces by quickly and efficiently getting to the bottom of their issues. It also helps if you have a keen interest in storytelling and tech, especially crime, mystery & romance.
Able to balance multiple customer demands at once and not get stressed
Be able to liaise with tech teams to get to a solution where needed
Be able to use Facebook, Twitter & Instagram to a high degree with little hand holding
Have a way with words to make customers feel special
Able to craft copy that engages users and entices them to download our app
You’ll have at least 12-18 months experience as a social community manager
You might have previously had experience in a social agency or another startup as a social community manager
You thrive in a fast paced environment that isn’t overly structured
Be happy to pick up important customer demands and monitor social channels out of work hours
Experience in Photoshop is a plus
Experience with Freshdesk/Zendesk is a plus
Experience using Tweetdeck or similar is a plus
Experience using Slack is a plus
