As our Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and developing the Finimize community. Community is at the core of our company. We’re looking for someone who finds motivation in helping others, to represent our users internally and act as our voice externally. You’ll be directly reporting to our VP Community but will work closely with the entire team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the day-to-day voice of Finimize for our users and build lasting relationships

  • Run our community events, both large and small, bringing people together to really get involved in our mission

  • Understand the growing community and their needs through outreach, user interviews and listening to our users

  • Work closely with the rest of the team to test and refine our brand message and product, based on the feedback from our users

  • Plan our content calendar and create engaging content

  • Support the team in delivering on PR and Marketing plans


Some things we consider critical to being our Community Manager:

  • Experience in managing events

  • 2 years experience in community management / digital marketing

  • Experienced in managing and growing online communities

  • Advanced knowledge of social platforms (email, social, forums, blogs) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios

  • A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Salary range £27,000 — 30,000
