We are looking for someone who can help us:
Turn chunky intellectual research into bitesize content that people use to effect positive change in the world
Test and measure how content is reaching and impacting different people: what's working for who, how and why
Grow networks of knowledge champions who are collating evidence into tangible outputs for public good
Today you might be creating and testing content with different audiences, using data to determine what works, or using creative content to change hearts and minds. We are interested in hearing from candidates from all sectors who want to translate this experience and your passion into positive impact.
You'll be joining a multi-disciplinary team made up of psychologists, strategists, designers, conveners, creative thinkers and tech optimists and we’re excited about the new skills that you’ll be bringing to the table.

✋The ideal person for this role will be a natural network builder with experience testing a diverse range of content with different user groups
Alongside being ace at getting knowledge into the hands of the right people, we are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about building knowledge and networks. You don’t necessarily have to have experience in network building but the motivation to make this your obsession and pioneer this across Brinks work. We think you will already be able to bring to the role:
Endless curiosity about human behaviour: and how to shape this for good through designing positive incentives and mechanisms that change behaviour
A content creator: brings the magic of words, images, and design to a variety of mediums from interactive resources to snappy blogs, to Instagram, Jpegs and gifs.
A rigorous approach to testing and learning: great at trialling new and interesting ways of engaging user groups but always with clarity about what is being tested and why
An ability to use data to increase engagement: comfortable using a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to understand behavior, identify opportunities to drive an increase in network growth, and improve user experience
Natural dot connector: embraces ambiguity and is a natural at joining the dots between users, audiences and opportunities
Love for measuring behaviour change: you hold closely the importance of impact measurement and enjoy finding the right metrics to measure where the right information delivered in the right ways has prompted positive behaviours
A knack for knowing where to dig: is familiar with the best online tools and ways to go find, test and share the most effective ones for the task at hand
Plenty of collaboration skills: comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams, seeing opportunities to forte on their unique experience and expertise but also adapt to different methodologies
Get up and go: doesn’t need permission to get stuck in and lead where they can see something should be done
Interpersonal skills (being a ‘Brinkster’):
Growth mindset: keen and eager to experiment and learn, comfortable with not knowing all the answers yet, and happy to let stuff go when it doesn’t quite hit the mark

Brink is a remote team and we work all over the place from London to Wales, Oxford, Paris and Kigali! This particular role is currently a home-based role and you must be eligible to work in the UK*. At some point in the future, there may be occasional travel to our UK hub in London and international locations across Europe, Africa, Asia or North America (COVID-19 permitting).
*Unfortunately we do not currently hold a sponsor licence and therefore are unable to employ anyone outside of the UK (excluding Ireland) unless they hold a UK passport, a permanent residence document or have applied for, or received, settled or pre-settled status through the EU settlement scheme.
