We have ambitious growth plans, starting with adding some superstar hires to the growing Stitched family. Is that you?
We are looking for a creative brand marketing manager to help shape, develop, deliver and promote the Stitched brand.
You will be the gatekeeper of the brand, working closely with the founding team to make sure that we listen and learn about our customers and excite and inspire them with engaging messages across all channels.
What will you do on a daily basis?
No two days are the same, but your day will certainly be filled with lots of:
- Chatting with our customers, potential
customers and stakeholders to learn about what really matters to them
- Writing top notch, insightful content as the
voice of the brand, including core brand messages, customer stories, practical
guides and website copy, that speaks to customers in a simple, informative and
- Structuring campaigns that build the Stitched
community and simplify the process of designing and buying stunning
made-to-measure products, whilst engaging and exciting your audience
- Collaborating with our creative team to produce beautiful,
insightful and consistent marketing content with the graphics team for organic
and paid social media posts on Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook that engages
our customers, captures their imagination and reinforces the brand
- Planning Stitched events for customers and
stakeholders, such a workshops, product showcases and industry events
- Building great relationships with writers,
editors, bloggers, influencers, and securing great coverage for the brand and
the amazing content you’ve produced
Who are we looking for?
- Empathetic listener and a great story
- Highly organised with professional
experience using CRM tools (we use Mail Chimp)
- Analytical with an ability to mix
creativity and gut feel with data and numbers
- Experience conducting market research
to develop detailed customer insights
- Deep interest and experience in
developing innovative organic growth marketing strategies for high growth
In addition to an interest in home décor, design, the environment and technology, we’re looking for a dynamic team mate, who loves a challenge, has no “wrong side of bed”, comes work with a bit of hustle and is willing to take initiative without prompting.
Technical excellence is key, along with a passion for finding new ways of engaging customers.
What can you expect from Stitched?
You can expect to be welcomed into a very friendly team from day 1. There is always music playing in the office, cups of coffee and snacks going round. Even though the business is moving fast, the team will always make time to give direction or help out; where we don’t know the answer, we will roll up our sleeves and solve problems together.
We will pay you a competitive salary and you will be given options in the Company. It is very important to us that you feel like an owner, not just an employee. You will be entitled to 26 days holiday on top of public holidays, and other company benefits. Our offices are currently based by Baker Street Tube.
