What will you be doing at beryl?

Our new Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for;

  • Managing the entire customer journey, and dealing with customer queries and returns
  • Lead in building a community driven customer services experience
  • Constantly iterating the way we manage the end to end customer support process
  • Implementing new strategies to increase brand reputation and customer perception
  • Create and update content for our Help-Centers, email templates, scripts and FAQs
  • Ad hoc operational improvement projects to create a best in class customer experience

What are we looking for?

  • Good with people (our customers are the heart of our company!) and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication – we communicate with our customers over the phone, and via email
  • A highly organised and outgoing candidate that is self-motivated
  • Proactivity to identify potential improvements to the customer support processes
  • Ability to assess data and analyze trends to see what is happening in the business
  • Comfortable working in fast paced teams
