Who are we looking for?

- Full time applicant, Experience with online support

- Hands-on and assertive individual

- Patient, Great with people and service providing

- Experience with backoffice/admin systems and working with computer tools (office etc)

Role includes:

* Solving Customer Support Issues for Clients on

* Responsive email support

* Telephone support hot-line management

* Assisting in off-line events around London

Salary range £20,000 — 22,000

Dependent on Experience
