Funzing.com is growing again! London's most exciting start-up (or the 'Airbnb of Experiences' as some may call us) is looking for a Customer Support Leader to join our team based in Shoreditch.

Who are we looking for?

- Experience with backoffice/admin systems and working with computer tools (office etc)
- Full time applicant, Experience with online support
- Hands-on and assertive individual
- Patient, Great with people and service providing
- Great copy-writing skills
- Responsibility over the evenings and occasional weekends answering the support phone

Role includes:
* Solving Customer Support Issues for Clients on Funzing.com
* Responsive email support
* Telephone support hot-line management
* Assisting in off-line events around London
* Managing events approvals - great copy writing in a fast paced environment

Salary range £20,000 — 23,000
