We founded Adia out of the Zinc.VC accelerator and are backed by Seedcamp and other leading UK-based investors and have established a world-class team of science and medical advisors as well as the NHS. Our founders have decades of experience building teams and businesses, raising capital and working with leading VCs, and navigating growth and successful exits.

Your role

We are particularly attracted to doers and as an early employee you will help us shape both the company, the culture, and our growing community. This is an exciting hands on role where you will have the freedom and responsibility to plan and execute strategy and have fun experimenting and learning. You will play a key role producing and managing all aspects of Adia’s digital marketing.

We work on a 2-week sprint cycle with an agile approach focused on testing and learning guided by analytics. Our key areas of interest for new projects include:

  • Identifying and targeting existing communities for user acquisition

  • Content strategy -- production and distribution

  • Promotions and partnerships

  • Website conversion and landing page optimisation

About you

We’re looking for energetic and motivated marketer to work on an inspiring mission, at a fast growing startup, and with experience founders. You will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing at digital company and be familiar with digital marketing tools and fundamentals including the following:

  • Organising and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns

  • Experimenting with conversion and creating / optimising landing pages

  • Technical experience with landing page creation (eg Wordpress, Unbounce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics)

  • Direct outreach to existing users and target communities on external platforms (eg Facebook)

  • Familiarity with wordpress and ability to create / modify content to execute marketing activities

  • SEO - website and blog content across all channels

  • Ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)

  • Assist with producing engaging content and coordinating a growing community of content contributors

  • Assist with creating and growing an engaged community on Adia and across external platforms
