EA

We are looking for someone who is ruthlessly efficient, bright, enthusiastic and just gets it done, to join us as an Executive Assistant to support the co-founder and CEO and the executive team. We are, of course, seeking someone with a brilliant set of organisational and administrative skills, but also someone who feels a real sense of joy in delivering on those to a high standard. You need to be strong and disciplined, but also open and friendly. It’s an early stage startup, so you’ll need tons of initiative and to be happy working autonomously. Solve a problem before asking how.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Approx 50% time working closely and offering EA support to the CEO.

  • Other 50% split between supporting some of the London Executive team with:

    • Full diary management and meeting coordination, including; forward planning of meeting agendas for key meetings, proactively checking whether any meeting prep is necessary, some meeting note-taking.

    • Email management: Tracking email traffic and highlighting the most important / urgent.

    • Travel: booking flights and hotels, and inputting all essential information in diaries

    • Creation, formatting or editing of presentation decks to a high standard ensuring everything is in keeping with the brand’s identity.

    • Support internal events as necessary.

    • Ad hoc project involvement and research.

    • Organising itineraries.

    • Booking and scheduling meetings.

Experience

  • 2 + EA Experience is a must

  • 5 + years working in an office environment, ideally in a support role.

  • Startup experience a must.

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and cross-functional responsibilities

  • Ability to think on your feet – anticipate issues ahead of time and stay calm under pressure. The intuition to always be two steps ahead!

  • Strong diary management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great attention to detail

  • Discreet nature, comfortable with holding highly confidential information, and a high level of emotional intelligence

  • Ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines – you’ll need to multitask and be a great juggler!

Salary range £30,000 — 35,000

Negotiable based on experience - Plus Equity
