We are a fast growing start-up that helps the most exciting brands launch in Europe. We cover and manage the entire end to end process from logistics, D2C sales and Amazon Europe management.

We are looking for a German speaking admin and marketing assistant to support the team in the day to day running of the company. Roles range from forecasting and processing orders on Amazon – the world’s largest e-commerce, to owning relationships with influencers from all over Europe, to managing warehouse relationships – as broad as it sounds. Our largest growth area is in Germany at the moment so we’re looking for someone to learn about retail and marketing and bring their own style to the team.

You will be given a lot of responsibility from day one. We are looking for someone with amazing attention to detail and great organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to day management of Amazon with duties including:
Stock forecasting
Order processing and chasing
Building content and ensuring its kept up to date
Assistance with marketing services, learning about Amazon marketing. Building DE marketing campaigns.
Weekly sales reporting duties
Customer support
Managing Amazon seller support queries for UK/DE/FR/IT/ES

Warehouse/Logistics
Processing orders with our UK warehouse.
Owning relationship with warehouse to manage shipments
Managing returns processes with warehouse and brands
Analysing data to see for improvements
Creating Goods in notices

Marketing Support
Working with CMO to drive various elements of marketing
Building a database of influencers, working with them to publish content for partners
Learning about Digital Marketing and supporting in German marketing plans.
Supporting with content creation
Learning about Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, email marketing and more

You will also be expected to support in other adhoc roles. As a small fast growing team we all muck in and do lots of things, your role will be no different!

To succeed in this role you should:

Be able to speak German fluently.
Have excellent copywriting and communication skills
Be interested in learning more about how industries like ecommerce and marketing work
Be creative with outstanding attention to detail
Be highly organised and self-motivated
Be driven and able to work proactively by yourself

Salary range £20,000 — 24,000
