A brief overview

You will be the first Product and Growth Marketing Manager to join the team at Collective Benefits and will have the opportunity to fully shape and drive our user and revenue growth.

We’re looking for an ambitious, analytical and obsessive product marketer with an aptitude for seeking user insights that inform product strategy, marketing campaigns and growth tests. You’ll have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally working within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up focussed on user acquisition, adoption and revenue throughout the product life cycle.

What will you do?
  • Work cross-functionally: Implement growth and product marketing fundamentals (persona definition and message testing, tracking and reporting, etc)
  • Lead: Revenue growth campaigns. Increase % upsell, user MRR and LTV
  • Lead: Paid acquisition campaigns. Decrease CPL and CPA.
  • Continually optimise user journey and email campaigns for upsell and cross sell and proactively make and implement recommendations to accelerate growth
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Content to transform ideas into compelling and personalised messages and product experiences
  • Manage all paid campaigns on social and digital – continually optimizing for KPIs
  • Lead implementation of hypothesis-driven growth mindset across team including using data to improve marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise, and prepare and deliver weekly reports to explain business results (trends, funnels, drivers)

The nuts and bolts:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in related growth marketing
  • Experience at a high growth company or start-up environment
  • Proven experience executing growth initiatives to drive results
  • Proven experience in CRM and email campaigns
  • Have exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize large data and effectively communicate findings
  • Experience A/B testing and continual experimentation, including designing and analysing A/B tests, and driving a test-driven culture
  • Highly quantitative and data-driven. Comfortable with experimentation frameworks and analysis and advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent written, oral, and social interpersonal skills across multiple audiences and methods
