The team:

Our platform is a multi-sided marketplace with both B2C and B2B customers with complex requirements. The marketing, product, engineering, data science, sales and support teams work collaboratively to make sure we develop the best products for our customers and provide excellent service before, during and after sale. Growth marketing sits between product, marketing, sales and support teams with a broad mandate to provide a conduit for the voice of the customer to all stakeholders within the company.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a talented team player with demonstrable experience of working as a Growth Marketer in a digital services company (marketplace experience is a plus). You’ll work alongside a highly technical and enthusiastic team and apply your Growth Marketing skills across our B2C and B2B offerings.


  • Understand customer needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of product usage data
  • Identify target customers, their needs, the way they make buying decisions and how products will meet those needs
  • Work with product owners, product managers, designers and software engineers to write technical documents that identify software project requirements
  • Negotiate product trade-offs impacting cost, schedule and usability to optimise ROI
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies and organisational coordination for new feature launches (e.g, positioning, naming, external communications, competitive analysis, and feature prioritisation)
  • Use market research to determine product pricing
  • Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
  • Craft clear, high impact copy across product channels (website, notifications, emails) and compelling on-brand messaging across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Ensure that sales and marketing teams are aligned and work efficiently to optimise sales
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Manage the cross-functional implementation of new product launches and feature releases of existing products
  • Create data sheets, white papers, web site copy, and other creative collateral
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years working in product marketing, growth, or similar strategic go-to-market experience
  • Experience in product/growth branding, messaging, positioning and targeting
  • Ability to prioritize for business impact among competing needs
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM and sales automation tools (ideally Hubspot)
  • Proven track record developing marketing plans with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to write simple and high-impact consumer-facing copy customised to different customer segments
  • Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills
  • Strong spreadsheet modelling and analytical skills
