About Grapevine

Grapevine is an AI engine designed specifically to improve how corporate Travel Management Companies (TMCs) engage with travellers and drive revenue. Our AI-engine Marvin integrates with TMC data sources, identifies booking opportunities and then retargets travellers with 'right time, right channel' personalised and bookable recommendations, providing total trip value to the traveller and increased booking commissions for the TMC.

We are a B2B platform (SaaS) and we launched with our first client (a leading UK-based TMC) in Feb 21. We are now in the process of onboarding new clients and will soon roll out multiple in-trip products from airport parking, car hire, fast track security and lounge access to in-destination recommendations such as restaurants, live entertainment, activities and tours. Our goal is to drive $80bn+ in value to the TMC industry alone over the next 5 years.

About the role:

Our business model is essentially a revenue share on incremental bookings, so we will live and die by the quality of our product, recommendations engine and our ability to build trust with business travellers. We’re in the middle of a funding round and with the first capital secured we are in the process of growing the team across data science, engineering, product and marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage our email and cross-channel marketing engine
  • Drive booking conversions through channel marketing and content optimisation
  • Create personalised experiences our customers love
  • Work closely with the data science team to build market-leading customer insights
  • Drive customer engagement across various stakeholders
  • Run experiments, A/B tests and validate ideas quickly
  • Develop brand awareness through thought leadership and traditional methods


  • Minimum 4+ years experience in growth marketing
  • You are passionate about customers and solving real-world pain points
  • You have a deep interest in customer psychology and what motivates/incentivises people to book
  • Experience with e-Commerce or booking/sales conversion and optimisation
  • Experienced in B2B, SaaS, and B2C
  • A strong product instinct and data-driven approach to user behaviour
  • Demonstrable experience with data & analytics - Amplitude, Fullstory, Hotjar etc.
  • A leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate vision (verbally and visually)
  • You approach each challenge with a lean, growth hacker mindset

Salary range £60,000 — 90,000
