The core function of this role will be to develop an innovative and robust marketing strategy for Pixoneye as it accelerates its go to market strategy. This is a highly enterprising opportunity for a seasoned marketeer or high potential marketing specialist or looking to join a unique AI business with a fast paced, entrepreneurial and growing team, and play a key part in its development.

A key focus of this role is to create and deliver a marketing strategy that will supply high quality, qualified leads to the sales team through creating an intelligent content marketing strategy. In this role, you will also monitor and guide our growth strategy, marketing budget, marketing metrics and the execution of all our marketing programs.

Pixoneye is an AI first technology company using computer vision and machine learning to empower businesses to gain a deep understanding of their customers. We do this by accessing and analysing an unparalleled and unique data set; the mobile phone photo gallery all on device. Photos have become a core social currency used to record, describe and share key life events from marriage, moving home, pregnancy, holidays through to daily moments and are shared to demonstrate, interest, events, mood and desires. By analysing this rich data set, the insights available to businesses create new opportunities for increased consumer understanding, engagement and increased sales. In turn to enrich customer databases through improved user profiling, or through the prediction of key life events including moving home, pregnancy and travelling on vacation.

The team is made up of some of the leading minds in AI and computer vision with a 22 person R&D team based in Tel Aviv, including the ex-head of computer vision at Samsung and the expanding commercial team in London (ex-Waze, Groupon). We’ve won numerous awards including Digital Media Award at 4FYN (the world’s largest start-up competition) at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, recently winning the innovation award at the prestigious IIeX competition and listed in top 100 UK startups. We’ve had some great press featuring in Campaign, BBC, Wired, CityAM, Drapers and just closed our Series A investment from high profile investors Octopus Ventures, with previous strategic investment coming from notable investors including Santander and Telefonica.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer, working as a key sparring partner to the sales organisation to generate interest and secure relationships as we secure market fit. Some of the key components of the role will include:

• Create and deliver a high quality marketing strategy

• Generate demand with high impact campaigns

• Deliver sales enablement with compelling documentation (decks, videos, content)

• Build and hone prospect user journey from site through to Partner dashboard

• Develop Pixoneye’s core USP, value proposition and messaging framework, brand identity and tone of voice

• Build a compelling content strategy with unique thought leadership

• Produce compelling content to showcase the Pixoneye positioning and the product’s features and benefits

• Work closely with a PR agency and 3rd party writers, influencers to supplement it

• Gain the interest and trust of key industry analysts to generate demand

• Refine buying personas

• Manage all social channels

• Manage the company event strategy and attend events

• Work closely with the Sales and Product team on suggested improvements

• Analyze and report on ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 6+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in an enterprise-oriented software company in both online and offline

• Strategic thinker, planner while at the same time willing and able to roll up the sleeves and get things done

• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time

• Love to ideate, be creative and drive things through to completion

• Great with data and see patterns and opportunities others don’t

• Proven ability to successfully develop and execute major multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Worked in b2b marketing and know how to create highly qualified leads for the sales team

• Team player, and are passionate about generating great content

• Task juggler, organised, smart and determined

• Clear, compelling, and charismatic verbal and written communicator

• Enterprising and love to be challenged

• You have a bachelor’s degree and/or masters degree from a top university

• Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management tools
