The main purpose of the Digital Content Coordinator is to work across the e-commerce, growth and brand teams to ensure all digital assets are created (according to briefs and on brand), approved and uploaded to the website on time and in line with the promotional calendar.
Proficiency in Photoshop is essential for this role. Knowledge of content management software (CMS) a plus but desired.
The right candidate will be able to create basic digital assets, must have an eye for page layouts and typography.
Coordinate with Head of Brand and Head of Growth product launches and e-commerce content updates
Maintain the website:
Create in Photoshop website banners, crop images, and scout blog assets
Manage the homepage and commercial landing pages upload
Managing and uploading editorial content on LF Journal
Manage the upload process for content pages across the site
Test to ensure content is correct and of a high standard before going online.
Oversee the written and graphic content of the site, ensuring information is up-to-date and fit for purpose and oversee the creative digital content
Report on a weekly and monthly basis on content performance
Assist with bug-fixing, identification of website issues, and liaise with product manager on projects and tasks
- Coordinate with the Brand and Growth teams to create the newsletters’ digital assets
Proficiency in Photoshop is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, word, powerpoint)
An understanding of content management systems (Shopify a plus)
The ability to network & build relationships
Ability to independently manage workflow and prioritise tasks in order to meet the deadline
