We are looking for a driven Junior to Mid-Weight Website Manager and Front-End Developer to join and strengthen the Luca Faloni team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a growing premium menswear brand.
Your core role will require to work across the e-commerce, growth and brand teams to ensure continuous improvement of the website and delivery of all digital assets (according to briefs and on-brand) on time and in line with the seasonal calendar.
Duties may include the following
Creation of graphic design/layout of the website
Keeping information up-to-date and fit for purpose
Development of new digital assets in coordination with Brand and Growth teams across channels (Website, Emails, etc.)
Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis on content performance
Management of Front-End applications and 3rd party APIs, such as Shopify environment, Customer Service, Marketing Automation (Mailchimp and third parties)
Coordination with external agencies for larger development projects
Conducting research and providing recommendations on how to improve our website to drive conversions and continuously improve UX
Skills, Qualifications and Essential Requirements
Relevant university degree
1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a company, agency or as a freelancer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge/ experience in mobile UI/UX and visual branding/marketing
Understanding of CMS and e-commerce platforms - proven record working with Shopify stores and/or similar platforms
Ability to independently manage workflow, multi-task and prioritise tasks in order to meet the deadline
Comfortable with automated testing, peer-reviewing code, and continuous web deployment
Organisational skills to coordinate across teams
Keen eye for detail and digital trends
Ability to write clean and scalable code and fix coding issues
Punctuality and professional work ethic
Experience in Fashion and/ or inventory management is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure without a 9 to 5 mentality
Eager to make a difference in a small team
