Our London based company is looking for an exceptional Marketing Lead to drive our ambitious growth targets by devising disruptive and effective marketing strategies; executing them with supreme efficiency. Working directly with the founders you will be leading all aspects of Marketing, Consumer Insights and Social Media. This is a unique opportunity to join an early stage start-up with enormous market potential.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy from conception to execution, designed to scale with our ambitious growth targets and within agreed budgets

Work with our leadership team to design engaging brand identity with focus on key messaging, storytelling, and market segmentation for a truly unique and memorable online and offline presence

Build and execute innovative, best in class / brand driven marketing campaigns to introduce Callaly® to new consumers who will become long term subscribers

Build strong relationships with specialists to support delivery of best in class branding & marketing execution

Measure performance, create optimisation plans and build forecasting frameworks to drive growth of the business. Maximize subscriber growth while minimizing cost of customer acquisition

Maintain deep understanding of key customer bases, including demographics, needs, segmentation, interests, and willingness to switch products

As the marketing budget holder continuously rebalance marketing spend and effort towards the highest- returning initiatives to ensure maximum ROI

Collaborate with internal teams including product development, engineering / web team, operations and customer service to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Demonstrate genuine passion as an evangelist for our product and services both internally and externally

Drive all sales and marketing communication through content creation and work with freelance creatives and copywriters to provide Callaly content across channels.

Analyse and act on feedback from consumers to continually develop and enhance our brand messaging, storytelling and product offering

Attract and build an inspiring marketing team, cultivating a high-performing, one-team culture

You Have

3+ years experience in a marketing role developing / executing brand & marketing activity, press and content strategies whilst understanding how the impact of such strategies should be measured

Preferably some consumer goods / e-commerce experience working within a start-up environment

The ability to stay highly organized and communicate clearly

A passion to build exceptional products and do whatever it takes
