Working with the Co-founders, you will be instrumental in leading all aspects of our marketing. After 4 years we've taken the marketing as far as we can and Its now time to hand over the keys to an expert. You'll review and audit where we are, and set out the plan for our future.
You will be perfect for the role if, like us, you are excited about disrupting the norm and creating a product that people love. You have the experience to get new products to market, speaking across multiple audiences.
What you will be doing over the next 12 months
Content Management: Leading the creation, writing and delivery of high quality blog content, editing and proof reading all content before it goes 'live'
Social Media Management: Daily social media posting and direct engagement with clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
Digital Marketing: Analysing Google Analytics and rankings. Adjusting the content strategy to fit your interpretation. Creating and leading link building strategies, managing our external SEO consultant.
Email Marketing: Leading the strategy, creation and design of monthly newsletters which go to both B2C and B2B databases.
Strategic partnerships: Proactively contacting guest bloggers for content submissions. Researching and contacting relevant content partners to maximise the reach of our content, as well as link building opportunities.
Product marketing: Package, market and manage 'paid for' tiered marketing opportunities to existing subscribers. Leading, launching and iterating the marketing strategy for upcoming beta software products and services.
Analysis and reporting: Measuring the impact of campaigns, making strategic suggestions. Owning the marketing KPI dashboard, in line with agreed KPIS, across all metrics, social, digital, email, google analytics, and UX.
Automated marketing: Review and formulate an effective marketing 'touchpoint' strategy across all departments, including sales, on-boarding, customer success. Ensuring all content is 'on brand' and automated where possible.
Ownership: Initially hands-on, you will implement and lead all aspects of our marketing function, to agreed and achievable realistic KPIS, with a view to growing the team. As we grow, you will be given the opportunity to develop and nurture your own team and support network.
Personal Development: Working with the founders and an external business coach, you will be challenged, and given responsibility from day one. We believe taking ownership, leading by example, being curios and passionate about learning, whilst being thrown into the deep end, is essential for growth. This, coupled with a tight learning and development plan, working alongside a business coach, will help you to formulate your PDP, skills, KPIS and goals, to be achieved over the first 12 months

- At least 3 years
marketing experience, in-house or agency.
- Solid experience in managing marketing
campaigns across B2B as well as B2C.
- Has some
experience in one or more of the following: CSS, Wordpress, HTML, UX
analytics, email marketing, landing page optimisation, A/B testing.
- Hands on
experience in Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC.
- Knowledge of
basic presentation and design tools such as Photoshop / Indesign /
Keynote / Powerpoint – to create imagery, infographic, email
knowledge of excel
- Experienced at
developing external relationships, on the phone and face to face.

- Proficient at email marketing, using either mailchimp or campaign monitor.
