About us
Millions of people across the world are determined to overcome big personal challenges such as addiction, depression and anxiety. Often tech makes this harder, leaving people feeling even more isolated. We believe that support from real humans is at the heart of getting better.

Our app allows people to create their own private peer support group (or "Circle") around any mental health challenge they face. Once you’re setup, we have a set of tools that makes that group more and more effective at supporting each other. You’ll play an integral role in defining our tone of voice, streamlining our user research program and building our online presence. We’ve raised a significant seed round, have a great team in place and are passionate about the huge human impact we can have by helping people find the support they need.

About the role
You’ll be working closely with our founding team (ex Headspace, Teespring, Unruly, Addepar) and play a pivotal role across both Marketing as well as getting involved in User Research.

Marketing

  • Develop and own our content strategy, and help build streamline processes to learn and iterate from qualitative and quantitative user research

  • Drive growth through experimentation across all channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Linkedin + our new blog

  • Establish our content curation strategy to further develop our tone of voice and presence with the key thought-leaders in the mental health space

  • Manage our events and editorial calendar to build our brand presence through determining, scheduling, and organising key events and press opportunities

  • Support and grow our Circle Ambassador program to help fill the top of the marketing funnel

User Research

  • Working closely with our Product Designer/UX Researcher, manage our longitudinal user studies and help onboard new test users

  • Help co-ordinate test users’ data, feedback sessions, as well as document and report on insights

  • Manage daily engagement dashboard from our analytics tool, Amplitude

  • Help manage all user recruiting efforts, currently we work closely with recruitment agencies, partnerships with nonprofits and individual leads
