Background to the role: People for Research are one of the leading participant recruitment agencies in the UK. We specialise in providing participant recruitment for user research and usability testing, working in partnership with clients, from global technology companies to government departments, and the wider user research/UX community.
Following a 360 degree review of our systems, database and platforms used to deliver our services, we are moving into an exciting phase of development. This role will be an essential part of the redevelopment of our service/system, helping us to design a more efficient service and its delivery, as a leading provider in our field. The role also includes the exciting chance to be involved in the development of new platforms and products.

We have a road map of development for this role to deliver, working with our Digital Ops team and consultant technical lead to build improved systems for internal and external use. This is an exciting phase of development requiring a range of skills, joining a team of like minded individuals excited about developing and fixing the future.

This is the first appointment to our Digital Ops team with plans to grow this over the next two years to a team of Dev Team. An excellent opportunity to join and lead that team

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with the Digital Lead and Head of Digital Ops to deliver a program of change, updates and improvements to our systems leading to better work flow for our internal team.
  • Development of new products and services with the potential to be revenue generating

Salary range £40,000 — 60,000

Dependent on experience, plus £2,000 - £4,000 in company bonus scheme
