We’re looking for an Office Manager to be the heartbeat of Jukedeck. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, from creating a fantastic office environment to administering our events and hiring process.

You should love music, startups and technology. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role at a venture-funded startup.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Jukedeck’s office and all associated logistics, including ensuring it is a fantastic environment to be within

  • Managing day-to-day company and staff expenditure, including ordering and accounting for equipment and consumables

  • Managing our hiring pipeline, attracting high calibre candidates and optimizing processes for hiring talent

  • Developing and implementing company culture and benefits, and devising and organising team social activities

  • Providing ad-hoc customer and marketing support

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have 2 years’ experience working as an office administrator or in a similar role

  • Have excellent people and communication skills

  • Be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining a high degree of attention to detail

  • Be passionate about startups and technology
