Po-Zu is an award-winning ethical footwear brand currently collaborating with Star Wars to co-produce a footwear range alongside the films.  We make our footwear in Portugal and Sri Lanka using ethical manufacturing and sustainable materials. We are a team of 6 with a global market and high growth prospects this year. 

We are looking for a Part-time (1-2 days per week) data savvy digital marketer to join a small but fast-growing team based in North London. Our ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership across a number of paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) and organic SEO. 

As the Facebook and Paid Marketing Executive, you will have a hands-on role. Be expected to learn quickly and be proactive. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and the Managing Director and work closely with the creative and social media team. Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager will be your daily tools.

Initially beginning part-time with the possibility of a full-time position with the right growth and ROI, the candidate would be part of a small, fun, results-driven team.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to build a role in the Paid-For advertising market. You will be directly responsible for creating compelling paid campaigns, delivering excellent targeting strategies, contributing to a great ROI and supporting the overall growth of this rapidly growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage campaigns on our paid online channels including FB ads, Adwords and GDN
Own day-to-day campaign reporting, analysis, and optimisation to maximise ROI
Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI and other channel metrics
Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs
Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance

About you
Must have 1+ year of experience of creating and managing paid digital channels, primarily Facebook and Google Adwords.
Data-driven with excellent proficiency in Google Analytics, Adwords and Facebook Business Manager
Self-starter looking to grow a career in a rapidly growing team
High attention to detail and accuracy
A highly dynamic individual who loves fashion, footwear and sustainability

Front-end web development and Shopify knowledge a bonus.
