We are looking for someone to really foster a relationship with our existing and incoming companies as well as drive usage up within our partner companies or universities. We are striving to spread our mission of making talking therapy more accessible by partnering with organisations big and small.

Reporting into our CEO, you’ll be part of our core team, being the first point of contact for our existing companies and universities. Having already launched with 10+ companies without a dedicated person on partnerships or account management, we are now looking to build and scale a world-class growth organisation and get people excited about therapy and counselling within the institutions we work with. Whilst we are still growing, as well as managing existing partners, there will be a real emphasis in this role to attend and organise events where we can invite existing and potential new clients.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working with our partner institutions to get people excited about therapy and counselling. This is usually by going in to do regular talks and providing materials so that every employee is aware of Spill and what we stand for.

  • Being the first point of contact for our partnered companies, dealing with any issues or queries they may have.

  • Attending, organising and speaking at events to drive awareness of Spill and our mission.

Who you are:

  • You are very outgoing and enjoy meeting new people.

  • You are a confident public speaker and have experience with speaking in front of audiences.

  • You enjoy going to and organising events! There are lots of Tech and HR events in London where our existing and potential new customers hang out.

  • You’re not easily dissuaded by obstacles and setbacks. You’re resilient and take them as a challenge instead of failure.

  • You are highly self-motivated, well-organised and can effectively manage your time. You will have to use your initiative and work independently.

  • You have excellent spoken and written communication skills

  • You are creative - You will have a lot of opportunities to get creative in the way you market Spill within a company and spread our company message!

  • A STRONG passion for mental health and what we stand for at Spill

Who we are:

We believe that in 10 years time we will look back at how we approach mental health and think “what on earth were they thinking?”.We’re a mental health technology company on a mission to make the benefits of talking therapy accessible to everyone, not just an elite few. The way we do that right now is by partnering with organisations, who pay for their employees to have immediate access to their own designated counsellor via text.We have raised funding from top tier UK investors including Passion Capital and Seedcamp and work with some amazing companies such as Monzo, Rightmove and TimeOut.
