Good digital marketing knowledge: SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Development
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for our B2B sales
Manage the CRM - from creating sales emails, automated email sequences, to working on warm leads, making phone calls, collecting feedback, and closing sales etc.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan to raise awareness and education about B2B products and services and expand Harley Therapy’s B2B client base.
Communicate sector trends and required actions to the team internally, to inform product and service development and build on existing propositions to develop what we have to offer.
Upselling/cross-selling where appropriate and building long-lasting relationships that help our B2B clients.
Take ownership of B2B website content. Work closely with digital marketing to optimise page content and drive traffic.
