The Role

We are looking for a driven and energetic Strategic Partner Manager to fully own our close relationship with two of the world’s biggest tech companies – Microsoft and Meta.

You will be reporting to our Head of Marketing and Partnerships and will have the opportunity to grow and shape the future of our partnership with our two primary technology partners while impacting every part of Sideways 6 from sales to product.

What you’ll do

You will...

  • Prospect, pitch and generate leads for our sales team by building relationships with partner contacts – from account owners to the execs in charge.
  • Maintain and grow our awesome partner brand within Microsoft and Meta through events, partner marketing and reputation building.
  • Embed partner insights and support into the sales and services process to help them close new business.
  • Become an expert in our partner’s technology to help guide our product direction.

What you’ll need

You should...

  • Be awesome at generating action from others. Be able to quickly explain value and create buy-in and support for our cause.
  • Enjoy building and maintaining lasting relationships. You are a people person and are as comfortable one on one as you are talking to a crowd.
  • Have experience in partnerships/business development/sales.
  • Understand how large enterprises buy technology.
  • Come with knowledge of how partnering with Microsoft works. Ideally, you have worked in partnerships at a Microsoft partner company.
  • Have a growth mindset and work in a focused, hungry and organised way. You will be building off our great existing partnerships and it will be over to you to ensure those partnerships continue to generate growth for Sideways 6!

Salary range £30,000 — 40,000

with addition of commission
