We’ve recently closed a significant funding round to accelerate our growth plans, come and join us to build the world’s first technology platform that will enable us to re-imagine the dictionary for today’s digital natives.

Although it’s still in it’s infancy, Facebook is one of our most successful channels, and we are looking for someone to take this channel to scale. We are spreading the word, creating conversations about Why Words Matter and connecting with customers. You will be responsible for:
Leading the charge on customer acquisition by owning our Facebook Marketing channel
Building a customer base for our existing offering and launching new products as they launch throughout the year
Analysing performance, sharing with the senior management team and iterating campaigns to optimising the best outcome for the business
Learning from the performance of PR and Channel Marketing to inform your Facebook Strategy
Own our budget for Facebook; with positive, short pay-back cycles, this budget can be continue to scale as you do
Working closely with our production teams, you’ll be responsible for coordinating, analysing and building out creative strategies for the ads.
You are a quant. Highly numerical, analytical and organised
You love experimenting and obsessed with running the best Facebook campaigns on the planet
You’re a self starter, creative problem solver and keen to experiment
Strategic thinker but also hands-on and able to deliver
Excited about ambitious goals and willing to do anything to make them happen
