Job Description

You will work closely with our CEO, CFO, Head of Brand and Head of Operations to drive Luca Faloni growth and user acquisition. This role will manage the delivery of qualified traffic to the website and will be responsible for online revenue growth across multiple acquisition channels and regions (UK, US, EMEA).

Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-stack, hands-on role encompassing strategy and execution.

  • Develop a compelling and ambitious marketing strategy in line with Luca Faloni’s business goals
  • Create and implement strategies and roadmaps to drive website traffic and sales within budget requirements
  • Creation and continuous optimization of digital ads on Facebook and Instagram
  • Use of Google Display Network
  • Implementation of targeted PPC campaigns
  • Implementation of Google Shopping Campaigns
  • Focus on first time and repeat visitors, using different strategies
  • Monitor performance of CAC against targets, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to improve the quality of traffic and website conversion
  • Creation of regular reports to illustrate performance across channels
  • Ability to drive sales towards specific products
  • Work closely with the content producers to ensure content is optimised for SEO and identify content gaps
  • Work with the rest of the team to maximise the benefit of digital advertising to offline sales
  • Manage the external agency developing our website development, design and optimisation
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on how to improve our website to drive more conversions and provide an outstanding user experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant university degree
  • Excellent and proven analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • 4+ years experience growing a high growth start-up
  • Passion for constantly exceeding targets for all key metrics and acquisition goals
  • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive and ambitious attitude
  • Passion to find perfect optimization of each campaign
