We’re looking for a Programme Analyst to join our People Experience Team. You'll be a whiz at using Excel to analyse data and will be comfortable working with data from a variety of sources. You’ll be excited about turning numbers and figures into actionable recommendations - pulling out the ‘so what’ from our mountain of data. This is an early career role, so we’re more interested in attitude and passion than lots of experience.

You’ll be supporting these programmes by analysing our data to tell us what’s working - and not working! - and making recommendations on what we should try next. We have a big vision and we're looking for someone to help us achieve it. We're a small (but growing!) team so your work will have a huge impact on how the team grows and develops.
You'll be working on a diverse range of projects from analysing programme data to suggesting new growth experiments. This is a new role for us, so you'll have scope to develop and mould it.
You’ll work closely with our People Experience Leads to maximise the impact of our programmes.

You’re technically savvy and know your way around desktop and mobile apps
