In a nutshell
If you’re looking for a way to make a real difference in the world, we want to hear from you.
We’re looking for a Programme Analyst to join our People Experience Team. You'll be a whiz at using Excel to analyse data and will be comfortable working with data from a variety of sources. You’ll be excited about turning numbers and figures into actionable recommendations - pulling out the ‘so what’ from our mountain of data. This is an early career role, so we’re more interested in attitude and passion than lots of experience.
At WERKIN, we believe the best companies are the most diverse and inclusive ones. We're helping companies get there by managing, measuring and scaling their diversity mentorship programmes. You’ll be supporting these programmes by analysing our data to tell us what’s working - and not working! - and making recommendations on what we should try next. We have a growth mindset and love a good A/B test, and we’re looking for someone who does too.
Our programmes make a real impact in the lives of the people we work with, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about making a change in the world.
We have a big vision and we're looking for someone to help us achieve it. We're a small (but growing!) team so your work will have a huge impact on how the team grows and develops.
You'll be working on a diverse range of projects from analysing programme data to suggesting new growth experiments. This is a new role for us, so you'll have scope to develop and mould it.
You’ll work closely with our People Experience Leads to maximise the impact of our programmes.
You love getting stuck into spreadsheets and are an Excel whiz
You’re proactive and love working autonomously
You're comfortable working to tight deadlines and get things done quickly and efficiently
You’re technically savvy and know your way around desktop and mobile apps
You care about your work and constantly raise the bar
You believe deeply in improving diversity and inclusion
What is it like to work at WERKIN?
You’ll be working alongside passionate people who truly care about what we’re building and how it can change the world.
We’re creating something entirely new and we’re aware that we don’t know everything. So we’re constantly trying new things to understand how we can improve. We set quarterly goals which means you’ll always know what you’re doing tomorrow is going to help grow the company over the next few months.
Competitive salary and benefit package
Remote and flexible working hours
High levels of autonomy
A modern, spacious working environment when you are in the office and a casual, relaxed atmosphere
Being part of a dynamic, friendly, and multicultural team
We embrace diversity at WERKIN. We’re committed to building a team of different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds. That's why we're committed to hiring people regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or disability.
Along with your CV, please include a cover letter letting us know why you're applying.
Sarah is looking forward to hearing from you.
