Remember, you are your own boss so you don’t have a basic salary, you get commissions from you real estate transactions and dividends from your team businesses. Most important thing, you as an associate, you have a stake in the company that will give you dividends every quarter!
Do to covid-19 restrictions, all training will be with use of technology tools, so you need to have user knowledge of computers and online tools for videoconference.
