The Role

We’ve spent the last few years developing our technology alongside a few of the UK’s biggest retailers. However, for our next release, we’re finally ready to scale our product to the rest of the world’s shops, big or small. We need a talented and ambitious sales and partnerships manager to help let them know that ThirdEye is ready to fight theft in their stores. You will be working directly with the CEO to shape and implement our first mass market sales strategy, and help develop the future business model and product releases using market feedback. You will have an almost limitless sales oppertunity in a new product category that we are defining. 

As you will be the first dedicated sales hire, this role will need to be doing both hands-on sales and high level strategy setting.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience with new products and long buying cycle sales;
  • Demonstrable experience with sales negotiations working with B2B clients & channel partners
  • Knowledge of selling multisite tech products e.g into stores, restaurants or high street banks; 
  • Basic knowledge of service contracts and SLA's;
  • Comfortable setting realistic growth metrics and KPI's;
  • Ability to manage and shape an entire early stage sales pipeline

Bonus if you have:

  • Brick and Mortar retail knowledge;
  • A deeper understanding of networks and integrations; and
  • Basic marketing and customer success Experience.

Salary range £38,000 — 70,000

Dependant on experience and agreed bonus structure, equity also offered on top
