We are from Copenhagen and, like all good Vikings, we are coming to the UK to do a good old fashioned bit of raiding. Having had huge success in the Nordics, Agillic is looking for entrepreneurial candidates to bolster its UK team in London. We are looking for someone who has experience in outbound tech sales and can hit the ground running. We need sales development “hunters” who can use a combination of their own techniques and new innovative sales methods to bring in business.

You will be responsible for setting up qualified meetings for Agillic’s Sales Team through outbound approaches to our prospect database in addition to inbound qualification, and marketing driven campaign follow-up. If you’re looking to further your career by joining at the early stages of a forward thinking marketing SaaS technology company then this is the place for you. Organisation and attention to detail is vital, along with the resilience and perseverance required for qualified lead generation. You’ll be a natural communicator, able to navigate an organisation and converse easily at all levels from C-Level to hands on marketers or CRM and ecommerce specialists.

You’ll be the first point of contact with our prospects and will create a relationship through understanding their business needs, questioning, discovering and understanding their challenges. This will help you to position Agillic at the top level as a potential solution. Your aim will be to book highly qualified calls and meetings for our Sales Team.

You must be passionate about technology with an understanding of marketing technology and how it can help marketers of all types. Experience in the email marketing industry and/or the ecommerce sector is extremely desirable. You’ll likely be building a career in Sales and we'll provide the experience and development to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, marketing campaign follow-up and qualification as well as outbound techniques

  • Build relationships with prospects across a number of industries by gaining insight into their business challenges to enable you to position Agillic as a potential solution

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Agillic’s positioning and solutions

  • Generate a high volume of booked product demos or discovery meetings with fully qualified prospects for our Sales Consultants

  • Track all your activity in our CRM

  • Consistently meet or exceed all targets set

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 year of Inside Sales experience ideally within the technology sector. Industry experience with digital marketing, email marketing, marketing automation or ecommerce a bonus

  • Strong written and verbal communicator to all levels, and via various mediums - especially telephone

  • Track record of over-achieving targets

  • Tech-savvy and passionate about technology solutions

  • Highly organised and process-driven

  • A self-starter but enjoys and adds value to a team

  • Experience with rigorous updating and reporting from CRM systems

  • Experience with various prospecting tools and approaches

Salary range £38,000 — 55,000
