    Cloud Lending a Q2 company are seeking a Project Manager to join a high-performance Professional Services team that is pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver, implement, and support Cloud Lending products for clients. This role involves problem solving and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, developers, and management.

  • Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage multiple projects and execute the scope of services outlined.

    • Provide leadership to combined onshore/offshore project teams via direct oversight for agile delivery and execution.

    • Oversee the cross functional team in a dynamic environment to ensure high quality deliverables are on- time and within budget through effective resource management.

    • Take full accountability for the management of project timelines, budget and milestones for a variety of projects.

    • Serve as the primary client contact responsible for providing the client and management project activity status via timelines, status reports and effective communication.

    • Provide continuous reports, data, status updates across programs and project to demonstrate operational success.

    • Build and maintains project timelines and plans.

    • Lead client and internal status meetings and updates.

    • Undertake for risk assessment, contingency planning and appropriate escalation of issues.

    • Negotiate and manage client expectations, scope of work and change orders as needed.

    • Documents and resolves problems in a timely manner.

    • Manage assigned project resources on an ongoing basis.

    • Anticipates client needs by understanding challenges and goals of the implementation process.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate for this role must hold a Bachelor degree and Certified Scrum Master Certificate, with an MBA qualification being highly desirable, and a proven ability to manage multiple technical projects in an Agile methodology be action driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Significant proven experience in a project management or similar role with the ability to lead multi-functional teams in a project environment is also essential.

    The successful candidate must also be a forward -thinking individual with experience working with financial systems in banking or other financial areas with a deep understanding of origination, servicing, collections and peer-to-peer lending. Strong decision -making capabilities highly developed communication, strong problem solving and analytical capabilities and team leading capabilities are also required. Delivering a first-class service is Cloud Lending’s aim so the ability to identify prompt and creative solutions to project management issues whilst ensuring client satisfaction at every stage is essential. Knowledge of Sales Force and Data migration would also be highly advantageous.
