This is a new role at MUSO to help to shape the experience of MUSO’s ‘Software As A Service’ product at a key stage in our evolution.
Product Vision: Work with stakeholders (including product owner, designer, tech team and marketing) to define and uphold the product vision and goals for how the product should be experienced.
User Research: Conduct user testing and research to inform your design decisions. Create user profiles, personas, use cases, user scenarios, storyboards and any other artefacts necessary to model the systems users.
Product Development: Work at all stages of the product development lifecycle, from research and conception through to prototyping and delivery.
Collaboration: Partner with the experience lead and founding team members on project requirements. Actively engage with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Prototype, Test and Iterate: Create and iterate testing of wireframes, and low-fi prototypes.
Troubleshoot: Create heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, and usability methods as appropriate.
4+ years experience in an experience design role, preferably on SaaS-based products or dashboard interfaces
Proven skills in customer centric research, service design and information architecture
Demonstrable high-level designs and problem-solving skills evident in your portfolio
Can work as part of a connected team, feeding into principal support to create a holistic customer experience
A great communicator and have the ability to take direction and add their own spin to a piece of work
Self-motivated as well as team orientated
Be aware of current research, UX and communications trends along with the latest emerging technologies
Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, User Centered Design, Fine Arts or other related field, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in UX design (in-house or client-side) designing digital products and features for mobile or desktop, native or web
Experience in designing and facilitating group collaboration sessions
