We have ambitious growth plans, starting with adding some superstar hires to the growing Stitched family. Is that you?
We are looking for a digital and social media marketing manager to plan and execute growth strategies aimed at building the Stitched community online, increasing site traffic and conversions.
You will work closely with the founding team and branding/creative teams to build high impact, ROI efficient digital marketing campaigns.
What will you do on a daily basis?
No two days are the same, but yours will be filled with lots of:
- Planning and executing highly
targeted and joined-up organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across social
- Testing customer flows and campaigns across
social media and the website and optimising them for different conversion
- Analysing the performance of campaigns and reporting
to the founders on performance and proposed future campaigns
- Collaborating with the tech, branding and customer
services teams to share data driven
insights drawn from analysis of your campaigns and feedback from customers and
their market research
- Managing the implementation and optimisation
of Stitched’s CRM tools, with the support of the branding and customer services
- Managing our social media ad budget and
overseeing budget allocation and performance of Stitched’s external paid search
Who are we looking for?
- Deep interest and experience in developing
innovative growth marketing strategies for high growth companies
- Lots of hands on experience structuring
social media campaigns aimed at building engaged digital communities and increasing
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook
(+ Instagram) and Pinterest business platforms (including setting up campaigns,
testing audiences and ads, and optimising performance) and a keen interest in
learning about new tools, features and updates to ad algorithms
- Knowledge of structuring and optimising
paid search campaigns (sufficient to monitor our external providers)
- Highly analytical and data driven with
an ability to mix data and numbers with creativity and gut feel
In addition to an interest in home décor, design, the environment and technology, we’re looking for a dynamic team mate, who loves a challenge, has no “wrong side of bed”, comes work with a bit of hustle and is willing to take initiative without prompting.
Technical excellence is key, along with a passion for finding new ways of engaging customers.

Even though the business is moving fast, the team will always make time to give direction or help out; where we don’t know the answer, we will roll up our sleeves and solve problems together.
We will pay you a competitive salary and you will be given options in the Company. It is very important to us that you feel like an owner, not just an employee. You will be entitled to 26 days holiday on top of public holidays, and other company benefits. Our offices are currently based by Baker Street Tube.
