Your role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven sales person, ideally with enterprise software sales experience. You will work with these software companies in helping them generate quality pipeline that converts. As you own and manage the complete sales funnel from prospect to customer your ability to deliver measurable commercial success is key in this role.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales pipeline management
  • Close enterprise-scale deals and become an industry expert in B2B software lead generation
  • Actively on-board new clients, build and manage customer relationships
  • Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Day to day

On a daily basis you will:

  • Schedule and conduct vendor calls and demos for our lead-generation and pay-per-click services with the goal to close deals
  • Create engaging and attractive customer success stories by building and fostering long-term relationships via email, video chat and calls
  • Manage our CRM, follow-up on deals and re-engage prospects
  • Optimize existing sales efforts and our operational strategy with an analytical view on how to make the most out of the existing data and running A/B tests
  • Work alongside the CEO and CTO to coordinate efforts to minimize manual work along the sales pipeline
  • Help out other team members when needed to make sure the company is running smoothly (e.g. testing new features or supporting customers through our on-site chat)

Requirements

You should be looking for an opportunity to develop within a growing SaaS start-up where flexibility is a must and you should be comfortable with a shifting environment.

You must have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to foster and grow relationships
  • An interest in and good understanding of the software industry and SaaS

You should have:

  • Experience working with CRM software, planning and implementing sales strategie
  • Experience working with large datasets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Experience within a B2B environment or start-ups (ideally)
  • A Bachelor's degree or above with a demonstrable interest in business, technology, statistics or analytics (favorable)
  • Basic coding knowledge (bonus)

We offer flexible working hours. Our core work time is between 10am to 6pm. Sometimes calls can be scheduled later to reach US customers, but you can leave a bit earlier on another day to enjoy an early pint at one of the tech meet-ups around the corner.

Crozdesk offer competitive salaries, stock options and pension benefits. Your salary will depend on your level of experience and your performance within the role as follows:

Base Salary: £20K – £25K OTE: £30K – £50K
