My Beauty Matches is an innovative beauty product recommendation and data driven startup at a pivotal stage in its roadmap that completely transforms the way customers shop for beauty products online and helps brands make data driven decisions (as seen in Forbes, The Guardian, Vogue, The Telegraph, etc).

With our strong team and advisors (ex - Vogue, ex-Treatwell, ex- Credit Suisse, ex-Just Eat, ex - WGSN Instock), we have already won several prestigious awards, are launching a TV ad and are now looking to hire our next senior full time member in a team of 4.


For a “hustler” with a key focus on Digital Growth Marketing and Operations with 4-6 years of work experience. The right person will be hardworking and will like to get involved in various aspects of the business vs working on just 1 key area repeatedly. The role will change over time based on the company's growth so we promise you’ll never get bored! You’ll be working alongside the Founder and as one of our first key hires, you’ll also help shape the culture in a big way.


  • Plan marketing and partnership campaigns and presentations and come up with new ideas

  • Reach user acquisition and retention KPIs through optimising and testing various channels i.e. social media, content marketing, SEO and growth hacking/ viral techniques

  • Create, optimise and manage landing pages to improve conversions

  • Uncover new sources of traffic

  • Work with the AARRR Metrics (acquisition – activation – retention – referral - revenue)

  • Ad hoc research and operational tasks (i.e. from renting out a desk, to researching tools, to recruitment) and manage the operations intern

  • Deliver projects to very high standards within deadlines


  • BSc/ MSc from a top university with a 2.1 or higher

  • Experience in both startups and corporates

  • Experience working in digital marketing and further experience in consulting, strategy, operations and/ or sales is beneficial

  • Experience with data driven user acquisition and planning partnerships

  • Numerate and able to translate a/b testing data into clear actionable insights

  • Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing

  • Excellent written and communication skills with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail

  • Responsible, self starter, trustworthy and driven

  • Appreciation of beauty products

  • Knowledge and past experience of SEO enhancement is a major plus

  • Experience working with Mixpanel, Optimizely, Mailchimp, etc are all a bonus
