We’re looking for a talented individual able to adapt to the challenges that both startup culture and the world of events throws at them. For this role, you will need to be organised, entrepreneurial, and have a keen eye for detail. A background or familiarity with tech events is not required, but would be beneficial. An understanding and passion for SaaS and startups however, is essential.

As the Startup Program Account Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Startup Program Manager to sell the program’s offering around our global events in Brazil, Hong Kong, San Francisco, New York, Dublin, and Sydney. This will involve work with both new and existing business, and will require ownership of the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closing. 


  • Devise and execute lead generation initiatives for startups in all geographies
  • Initiate mass marketing campaigns (with the marketing team) to target leads
  • Initiate personalised outreach to attract warm leads and set up meetings
  • Keep meticulous records and create efficient follow-up procedures
  • Adjust and adapt the Startup Program offering to best support client needs
  • Meet and grow relationships with prospective clients
  • Hit Startup Program revenue targets
  • Attend other industry events and promote the SaaStock brand
  • Provide general support to the Head of Sales
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Ideally 1+ years experience with B2B sales, Events Sales or SaaS Sales
  • Familiarity with startup development trajectories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability
  • Desire and ability to travel extensively
