About the role

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high performing Strategic Business Development Manager to help drive Enterprise sales at Gravity Sketch. You will be the right hand person to the CEO when sourcing, managing, and closing deals with new customers. This is an exciting period to join the company - you will work closely with the Management team at Gravity Sketch to close deals and develop the Sales Playbook for different verticals to turbocharge our growth.

The successful candidate will be structured and organised, have strong soft skills, and not be afraid to roll up their sleeves. The role will require keeping the CRM up to date, being on top of the details of each prospective deal, and proactively picking up the phone to push the consultative business development process forward.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the consultative sales process forward by keeping prospective customers warm, and proactively reaching out over email and phone to schedule follow up meetings when needed

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the consultative sales process

  • Carefully monitor all interactions with the prospective customers - both written and verbal communication - to pick up on signals (e.g., when they might need a follow up meeting or demo, when they are ready to be closed)

  • Take ownership of the internal CRM to keep it up to date - log notes, key takeaways, and follow up actions from emails, calls and meetings

  • Stay close to each customer and provide periodic status reports to the CEO

Requirements

  • Great listening and relationship building skills

  • Proactive and self-driven

  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves and help out wherever needed - from admin work to picking up the phone

  • Structured and clear communicator - both written and verbal

  • Good organisation and strong attention to detail

  • Curious personality and a passion for problem-solving

  • Positive attitude, and strong team working skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Work from our London office

Bonus points

  • Some sales or business development experience (1-3 years)

  • Other European languages

  • Prior consultative sales experience, ideally in Enterprise sales for the creative sector

  • Interest in car design
