talent.io was created 3 years ago as a platform to simplify job searching for tech positions in Europe: the objective was to completely rethink and disrupt the recruitment market for developers.

Having raised more than €10M from venture capital firms and with offices in 9 cities across Europe including Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Paris, we are Europe’s #1 job search platform for tech professions in high demand.

Our concept is simple. As a candidate, instead of wasting time researching job opportunities and applying for positions, sign up to talent.io once and have companies view your profile and “apply” to you.
As a client, instead of trying to look for great talent using channels that yield low-quality leads, you gain access to new profiles which pass our high qualification bar and are actively seeking their next career move, every week.

Why join us:

Join a fast-growing company: since 2015, talent.io has grown from 3 people in Paris to a team of 100+ in 4 countries.

To build your skills:you will learn from the best and have the opportunity to work with everyone in the company: colleagues in France, Netherlands and Germany, country managers and founders. You will have a chance to take ownership, have impact on the business and industry and be recognised for that.

Be part of a European team: we gather once a year for our start-up retreat combined with creative learning methods. We bring all the European teams together in a sunny city to take part in a quality exchange where ideas and friendships can evolve.

What you will you be doing?

Identify, qualify and select the best software engineering profiles and highlight them in each recruitment session within the talent.io marketplace. We are a very selective platform with less than 10% of developers being approved.

Be an advocate for them to guide and help them land the best possible job: have the ability to coach each software engineer personally in the search for their next dream job.

Create a relationship with candidates: Follow up with candidates throughout their interview processes and package negotiation.

Participate and organise events in our community (tech meet ups/conferences): be an evangelist for our brand at tech meetups and educate people about talent.io

Work on a daily basis with our awesome Client Executive team: ensure both companies and candidates have remarkable experiences!

Provide constructive feedback and work closely with our tech team to help build and improve the platform.
